The safety of our customers and employees is a priority for our company, which is why we have reinforced the hygiene and cleaning procedures of our tourist developments in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization, General Directorate of Health and Tourism of Portugal (Clean Stamp) & Safe) and in collaboration with our consultant specialized in hygiene & safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Darkcode Certificate:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  • Certified cleaning and nebulization carried out in all accommodation units, public and service areas of the developments with virucidal and fungicidal solutions, specific and preventive for COVID-19, before its reopening to the public;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Clean & Safe Certificate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    • Provision of disinfectant gel dispensers at the entrances of hotels and areas with higher traffic such as bars and restaurants;<\/li>
    • Frequent and regular disinfection of surfaces and areas of greatest contact in all common areas (incl. Lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, bars and restaurants, sunbeds and pool area, Spa's, buffets, kids' club, etc.) ;<\/li>
    • Reinforced disinfection of Accommodation Units and surfaces with greater contact (e.g. television controls, door handles, tables and other surfaces, bathrooms, etc.);<\/li>
    • Frequent airing of common areas and rooms between reservations, maintaining a 1-day interval between customer occupation;<\/li>
    • Adoption of distance rules and preventive measures in the restaurant and bar areas, menus and adjusted meal plans (e.g. breakfast and snacks available for take away \/ grab & go, etc ...);<\/li>
    • Specific training, by a certified external company, of our employees for the implementation and regular supervision of hygiene protocols;<\/li>
    • Employees properly equipped with personal protective equipment and their uniform, always keeping in mind the compliance with the practices recommended by DGS and WHO, regarding hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette, social conduct and daily temperature control, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
