TERMS OF USE AND RESERVATION CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

When using or visiting the website hosted at www.lunahoteis.com (\u201cSite\u201d) or any of the information, data files, written text, graphics, links, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images (together, \u201cContents\u201d), resources and services, including newsletter (together, including the Contents, the \u201cServices\u201d) made available through it, you are, as a user or visitor of the same (\u201cUser\u201d), agreeing with and accepting the gifts Terms of Use (\u201cTerms of Use\u201d) and the privacy and personal data protection policy available in the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Site is owned by the company Starhoteis, Sociedade Hoteleira, SA, headquartered at Rua de S. Pedro, Lote 28 R \/ c Dt. 8200-182 Albufeira, under the NIF 504 227 750. Through the Site, the company gives the User access to the Services. The Services, including updates, developments, new tools and \/ or new web properties, are subject to these Terms of Use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation reservations can be made through the Site, although the counterparty in contracts entered into through the Site that have as their object the provision of tourist services is another entity of the same company, duly licensed and identified in the General Booking Conditions, limited to if the company provides the platform that allows the user to contract the services, consequently not assuming any responsibility for problems arising from the execution of these contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. GENERAL OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY OF THE USER<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, limiting itself to putting the changes online on the Site, being the exclusive responsibility of the User to verify and comply with them during each use. The use of the Site after the publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated wording of the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the changes made or, in general, with the Terms of Use, you must immediately stop using the Site and Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERSONALITY RIGHTS<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Ownership<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    All information contained on the Site and Services and all data and information compiled by the company associated with it (such as data files, written text, Software, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images) to which access as part of the Services or through their use are considered company, company entity or third party content, when properly identified. This license has the sole purpose of allowing the use and enjoyment of the reservation service as it is made available on the Site, as permitted by the Terms of Use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The User is not allowed (nor can he allow third parties) to copy, modify, create a derivative work, reverse engineer, decompile or, in any other way, try to extract the source code of the Software or any part that composes it, unless this is expressly permitted or provided by applicable law or the User has been specifically authorized in writing by the company to do so. Unless the company has granted the User a specific written authorization to do so, it may not assign (or assign a sub-license to) its rights to use the Software, grant a guarantee regarding its rights to use the Software. Software or, alternatively, transfer any part of your rights to use the Software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Any notifications, communications and complaints from the User should be made, preferably, to the email book@lunahoteis.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The Terms of Use, as well as the User's relationship with the company according to them, are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Portugal. The User and the company agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial courts of the Lisbon District the resolution of any legal issues resulting from the Terms of Use, without prejudice to the applicable mandatory legal rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the company may apply precautionary measures (or an equivalent type of urgent legal compensation) in any jurisdiction. In the event of any legal dispute affecting Paraty Hotels it will be resolved in the Courts of Malaga, Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
