Senhora da Ribeira:

In the parish of Pinheiro de Ázere, in Santa Comba Dão, the beach was so named because there was a chapel there. Bathed by the Mondego River, it only emerged after the construction of the Aguieira dam. The beach is not guarded.

Caneiro de Côja:

It is on the river Alva that you can go for a swim on this river beach in Arganil. The surrounding area is covered with poplars and alders, a peaceful and shady environment, ideal in summer. The beach is guarded, has changing rooms and access for people with reduced mobility.

Alvoco das Várzeas:

In the district of Coimbra, this is a beach classified by the quality and preservation of the water and surroundings. It is a guarded beach, with access for people with reduced mobility, parking and changing rooms.

Avô:

The Avô classified river beach is in the homonymous village, in Coimbra, bathed by the river Alvo and the Pomares river. It is considered one of the most beautiful in the country, due to its location in the middle of the natural landscape.

São Gião:

Another classified beach, inserted in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. It is part of the Albino Mendes da Silva Foundation tourist complex, in Oliveira do Hospital (Coimbra). The beach is guarded.
